I had to show off my wife's cakes that she put so much work into!

Here is the Barbie Doll Cake that Angel made from scratch for my daughter's fourth birthday:

(Everything is edible except the Doll and frilly stuff at the base)

Angel even made the fondants for all these from scratch. Yep we ate the roses & stars too!

Here is a Castle Cake that Angel made from scratch for our nephew's fourth birthday

The only things that were not edible are the figurines, cannon and candle of course. Even the giant lizard was gobbled up by the kids!

Yeah, the boys got a little rowdy & impatient before I could get better photos.

     This is one of the things that she loves to do for fun so I thought I'd show them off. I know it took her a long time to make these. The added extras are all hand molded by Angel. The designs for the kids' cakes were store bought but still had to be molded and formed and baked and made into what they look like. They are not some easy puzzle like a paint by numbers kit. She is talented and should be praised for her work. The one for my parents she did herself. I'd say she did a pretty good job on all of them!
